- First draft of the letter - (T) 5/18/10
The week after next week (The 4th week of May)
- Second draft of the letter - (T) 5/25/10
- Final draft of the letter - (F) 5/28/10
Then we will have two weeks in June to prepare for the presentation. The first week of June would be used for preparing slides and speaker notes. The second week of June would be used for mock presentations.
